Return Eligibility

• The product received is different from the item ordered.
• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The product remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Products showing signs of use, wear, or alteration.
• Products returned without original packaging or tags.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If approved:

• Refunds may be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided through mobile banking or bank transfer.
• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Defective products
• Damaged products
• Incorrect items received

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Glambik will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
